Please note our reception hours vary from our treatment hours.
Our reception hours are 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Sometimes longer.
How do I make a treatment booking?
Please call the spa on 03 9397 7084 or alternatively you can email us: email@example.com. For email bookings we kindly ask that you reply asap as we cannot hold the booking. A credit card or gift voucher number is required to secure your booking.
Advanced bookings are required to avoid disappointment.
Please note: we accept no Facebook or Instagram messages as booking requests thank-you.
I have a best SPA gift card. Can I redeem at Lavanya?
Certainly can! Please remember to bring your gift card with you as we need to swipe it through our terminal.
Can I claim my remedial massage with private health?
We can claim with the majority of health funds. We will issue you with a receipt that you can then claim directly with your fund. Please check with us, that your fund is one of the applicable health funds.
Can I have treatment when I am pregnant?
Of course you can! Please let us know at the time of booking so we can adequately assist you with the ideal treatment and therapist. We have a custom pregnancy pillow to enhance your experience. Massage is not recommended whilst you are in your first trimester.
I have a gift voucher for a set package, can I use half now and half later?
If you wish to split your voucher the voucher will return to the nominated value amount of the package. For example if you have a voucher for the Lavanya Essentials (60min massage & 30min facial) and you choose to just have the massage the voucher will revert back to the initial value of $170 and the treatment value will be taken from this. Treatment cannot be split to have half now, half later.
Do you offer group packages?
We love a party and accept group bookings. Our space is great for small intimate gatherings. Please call us to speak about making your occasion special and how we can make it a day to remember. We have the flexibility to tailor packages just for your group and budget. Check out our groups page here
I have allergies to some products. Are all your products and treatments safe?
Our products are all organic and free of parabins and artificial flavours and colours. However please advise us of any topical allergies at the time of booking so we can customise your treatment if need be. We use sweet almond oil for all our massage treatments.
What spray tanning products do you use?
We use Moroccan Tan, enriched with nourishing vitamins and organic oils , Morrocan Tan solutions are free from alcohol, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and parabens - making them suitable for all skin types.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Absolutely! All our treatments are available as a gift voucher or alternatively you can choose a value amount and let the recipient choose themselves. Our gift vouchers are lovingly presented and can be purchased in spa, via phone or our online store. Vouchers purchased online can be posted or collected in-store. See how they look here
