Please note our reception hours vary from our treatment hours. Our reception hours are 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 9am - 3pm Saturday. Sometimes longer.

How do I make a treatment booking?
​
Please call the spa on 03 9397 7084 or click here to book online.
A credit card is required to secure your booking.
As we are a small space we require advanced bookings to avoid disappointment.
Please note: we accept no Facebook or Instagram messages as booking requests thank you.

I have a best SPA gift card, can I redeem at Lavanya?
​
Certainly can! Please remember to bring your gift card with you as we need to swipe it through our terminal.

Can I have treatment when I am pregnant?
​
Of course you can! However, If a mother is not through her first trimester, they need to get a doctor’s note saying that the client is in the first trimester but that it is safe for the client to receive massage therapy. A standard waiver will need to be signed. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can adequately assist you with the ideal treatment and therapist. We have a custom pregnancy pillow to enhance your experience.

Do you offer group packages?
​
We love a party and accept group bookings. Our space is great for small intimate gatherings. Please call us to speak about making your occasion special and how we can make it a day to remember. We have the flexibility to tailor packages just for your group and budget. Check out our groups page here.

I have allergies to some products. Are all your products and treatments safe?
​
Our products are all organic and free of parabins and artificial flavours and colours. However please advise us of any topical allergies at the time of booking so we can customise your treatment if need be. We use sweet almond oil for all our massage treatments.

Can I buy gift vouchers?
​
Absolutely! All our treatments are available as a gift voucher or alternatively you can choose a value amount and let the recipient choose themselves. Our gift vouchers are lovingly presented and can be purchased in spa, via phone or our online store. Vouchers purchased online can be posted or collected in-store. See how they look here.

I have a gift voucher but don't like treatments, can I be refunded?
​
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but you are most welcome to re-gift it to someone else. Please let us know and we can change the details of the voucher.

Reservations

Lavanya Spa Retreat enjoys high occupancy throughout the year.
All appointments need to be secured with a credit card at the time of booking, noting no payment will be taken at this time. If paying by Gift Voucher, please bring your Gift Voucher with you on the day and note that gift vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or special.

Booking Policy
​
We appreciate things change. However, we require 48 hours’ notice prior when cancelling or re-scheduling your appointment, where cancellations are made with less than 48 hour’s notice, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to the credit card on file or gift voucher used to secure the booking, this is purely to cover our staff costs and loss of treatment income. Cancellations within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time, or failure to arrive will be considered a ‘no-show’ and the full treatment price will be charged to the card on file.
If possible please feel free to send someone else on your behalf for the treatment should you be unable to attend the appointment.

We ask that you please keep your voices to a minimum and please switch off or silence your phone to maintain the harmony of the spa environment and respect for other clients and therapists

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
​
All bookings will require a credit card to secure the booking inline with our booking policy and our booking partner Fresha, noting that no money is deducted at that time. Your payment method on the day of your experience is independent of the booking, I.e. You can pay with Gift voucher, cash, credit card etc.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. You can re-gift the voucher if you choose not to use it.
Please treat your gift voucher like cash, and present the voucher on the day of your treatment when checking out. Where the cost of the treatment exceeds the value on the voucher, the difference can be paid on check out on the day of the treatment.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion.

Expired vouchers in some cases may still be used at a forfeit 50% of the voucher value and cannot be redeemed on Saturdays, please call the Spa directly to discuss.
